Every hour you volunteer directly impacts our community, empowering the next generation to reach their potential regardless of their economic background.
While many of our coaches choose to volunteer their time, we also offer a paid coaching option for those who prefer compensation instead of volunteer hours. Details about pay can be discussed upon request.
Coach For A Cause was founded in New Jersey by three high school students who shared one simple belief: everyone deserves access to quality sports coaching, no matter their financial background. As passionate athletes and leaders, they saw firsthand how professional coaching could transform confidence, skill, and opportunity. Unfortunately, these athletes also noticed how often it remained out of reach for many families. Determined to bridge that gap, they launched Coach For A Cause to offer affordable, high-quality coaching led by accomplished junior athletes.
We believe professional coaching should be accessible, not just a luxury for the elite. Through our nonprofit model, we provide high-quality coaching at affordable rates, ensuring that athletes from all backgrounds have the opportunity to grow. Our dedicated team of junior atheletes share their time and expertise to uplift individuals and strengthen our community through sports.
While we're still in the early stages of our journey, Coach for a Cause has already begun making a difference by helping a handful of young individuals build skills, confidence, and a passion for sports. We're proud of the small but meaningful progress we've made, and we're actively working to expand our reach across New Jersey. By growing our team and hopefully adding new sports programs, we're laying the foundation to support more youth in the months and years ahead.
